I can’t say enough good things about Momentum Health Care. Everyone is so knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Dr. Mike & Matt are incredible! I appreciate that they take the time to listen, explain things, and make sure I’m comfortable with my care.

They’re also incredibly flexible, which makes such a difference when life gets busy. I never feel rushed or like I’m just another appointment on the schedule. You can tell they truly care about their patients and what they’re doing. I’m so glad I found them!

At Momentum, you receive the care your body truly needs, giving you total peace of mind that proper spinal adjustments are helping your body heal naturally. Dr. Mike and Dr. Matt saved me from what felt like inevitable, serious surgery. They have successfully treated a range of issues for me—from stubborn lower back pain caused by simple bending movements, which required progressive care, to subtle yet sharp misalignments resolved in a single visit. The support staff provides attentive, one-on-one rehabilitation that matches the precision of the adjustments. Additionally, Dr. Tiffany brings another layer of care to the table, going beyond standard recovery to actively elevate your overall health and wellness. Highly recommended!

I have had a very good experience with these people. I had severe cervical pain for the past few months, but after I started going to Momentum Chiropractic in Arlington Heights, my pain was significantly improved within just 5–6 sessions. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Dr. Mike and Matt are awesome! I’ve suffered from regular migraines for years, and since coming here, I feel so much better. It has made a huge difference in how I feel day to day.

The entire facility runs like a well-oiled machine… and everyone is friendly and professional. I can’t recommend them enough and plan to be a patient for life!

I had my first visit today and it was a wonderful experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, I was seen on time, and the Dr. took his time explaining symptoms and treatment options.

Dr. Tiffani Alwazan is wonderful. I see her for acupuncture treatment on a regular basis for pain management at Momentum Health. Between my visits with Dr. Tiffani, I see my massage therapist. This combination has proved to be very successful. I would recommend Dr. Tiffani to anyone seeking a professional acupuncture therapist.

This has been the best chiropractic experience ever for several reasons:

1. The whole team works in smooth coordination to ensure you get the adjustments and work-outs you need.

2. Dr. Matt and Dr. Mike are incredibly nice and listen to your concerns.

3. They use X-rays and metrics to show exactly how many degrees you're off by and where, which ensures a metrics-based treatment program specifically tailored for you. They monitor how the exercises and adjustments are affecting you and adjust them accordingly. My body has been feeling lighter and have seen many improvements throughout.

4. I have found the whole team to be very nice and interpersonal, and have had a great time during all my treatments and exercises here.

5. Katelyn at the front desk is flexible, understandable, and efficient in terms of scheduling changes and appointments.

In all, my experience has been truly amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting chiropractic treatment.

Sad that I have to find another place for my chiropractic needs now that I am moving!
